OLD PERFUME RECIPE

In 2001, a Russian diplomat in Grasse created a fragrance for his wife based on an old recipe.

Passed down in his family for two hundred years, the perfume recipe had its origins from a French general in 1814. He obtained a position as a French teacher in his family's ancestral palace after the Coalition Wars. This move provided him refuge from the hard times of that era.

Later on, this general, who was a descendant of a famous French perfume dynasty, wanted to gift the lady of the palace a timeless fragrance as a gesture of gratitude.

This fragrance was mysteriously captivating and uniquely special. It became the symbol of a wonderful love story.

In the South of France, the perfume was produced in a small factory while the daughter of the Russian diplomat watched. This experience ignited a dream in her – to create perfumes that would stay with people for the rest of their lives, just as their personal love stories do.
